On another note, I'm also happy to announce that I've designed a few chipboard pieces for Blue Fern Studios.

Its always been a dream of mine to design products and now that dream has become a reality. 

I've created a few different pieces of chipboard and they are being sold by Blue Fern Studios and their retailers.

I have a layout using one of my designs in a few days from now and I can't wait to see what you do with them.

Follow your own path- Mixed Media Canvas- Flying Unicorn December KOTM

Here is another project I created for the Flying Unicorn Kit of the month.

The 12x12 Canvas comes in the Mixed Media kit add-on and as I was creating it, I knew I was going to send it overseas to a good long time scrappy friend.

I made this canvas whimsical using one of the wooden Julie Nutting dolls and many different Prima products like flowers, resins, leaves and an canvas alphabet.

The background texture was created with one of the 13 Arts 6x6 stencils. It created a grass like texture which I then inked in green fluid chalk edger.

Mother Earth- Bloom Collection Prima CHA Sneak Peek

CHA is sneaking up quickly and Prima is showcasing some SWEET sneak peeks for you! Today I'm excited to put the spotlight on the Bloom Collection. Jamie Dougherty is the amazing talent behind this very original, beautiful collection!

I'm featuring the new "Mother" bloom stamp here below:

As soon as I saw the "Mother" Bloom stamp I knew I wanted to create something very earthy to represent mother earth. I stamped the image on a wood plank and then coloured it in with Prima markers, pencils and Color Bloom sprays. Then I decorated with flowers and embellishments to create this etheric being

I used the new Prima palette markers to colour in the flowers on her head.
