Dream Garden- Prima's Butterfly Collection

Presenting the new Butterfly Collection from Prima. It was designed for the 2015 CHA show as their new release. Its very shabby chic and whimsical. I loved using it for this baby photo below.

The Butterfly collection is the perfect girly collection to scrap little baby girls like this darling baby in the photo. I wanted to make it feel as if she was sleeping on a soft bed of roses by using the French Roses paper as a background and by adding matching Prima flowers. It gives the feeling that she's in a dream garden.

Adding the fairy  at the top helped tie into the garden theme. The fairy is just flying above protecting that beautiful baby.

New Collection from Blue Fern Studios

We are excited to give you a sneak peek of our upcoming paper collection, Love Story.  Created by Michele Singh, this collection is for anyone who is a romantic at heart or has a cherished love story to tell.  Various shades of pink, rose, and soft green are complimented by warm neutrals and rich blacks.  This collection brings beautifully framed pages, calling cards, love notes, images of nature and so much more!

Love- 7 Dots Studios

Here is my first project this new year for 7 Dots Studios.

I used the Cold Country collection designed by the talented Finnabair, to create this layout.

I Designed this layout for a very special couple who's about to get married. I thought it would be a sweet home coming gift to hang on their walls as newlyweds. I used the Cold Country collection because I loved combining the teal and the purple flowers along with it. 

I used many different stickers around the layout displaying messages of love.

The background was created using Prima's silver textured crackle paste and FW Pearlescence acrylic paint. I tried to match the colours of the paint with the background. Then I added matching Prima flowers too.

Sweet Dream- Prima's Bedtime Stories Collection

Here is another layout created with Prima Products for this winter's CHA.

I used the Bedtime Stories collection along with new Prima flowers and vellum butterflies.

There's nothing sweeter than seeing a child sleep and knowing they are dreaming of wonderful things. This is the first thing that I felt when I saw the bedtime stories collection. That's why I used it to scrapbook this picture of my daughter sleeping

I thought it would be a nice touch to ad some resin fairies hopping around in my daughter's dreams. How cute would that be!!

Memories & Laughter- Blue Fern Studios January sketch

Happy New Year!!

Hope this year brings many blessings to everyone!!

I'm here to showcase the new sketch from Blue Fern Studios which I'm happy to say I will be staying to design for them for another year!

We recently took professional photos in the forest nearby and I thought the photo was perfect for these Sanctuary papers.

I used different sizes of Prima flowers to accent this layout. I loved combining the earthy tones with the blues. Its a combination I haven't used often but I really like the results.
