New Design Team at Ces't Magnifique

I'm extremely happy to announce my new design team at Ces't Magnifique.

I was so excited when Leslie (the owner) asked me to be on her team. I've been subscribing to these kits for quite a while and now I will be part of the team

Ces't Magnifique Kits are the best kits out there because they include foreign papers from all over the world. You get papers that are hard to find and Leslie brings them right to you.

So if you are looking for a kit club to subscribe to, this one is the one to be in!! I've been subscribing this whole year and I love them.

So check out the announcement here. I'll be joining an amazing group of talented ladies and with me Brit Sviggum  will be joining too!!

Here is part of the announcement:

It is our pleasure to announce that we are adding two talented scrappers to our Design Team.  Keren Tamir and Brit Sviggum will be designing for us beginning with the January kit.  We're sure you will love the very different styles they will bring to C'est Magnifique Kits.   We will let both Keren and Brit tell you a little bit about themselves.  Welcome to the design team ladies!
I just can't wait to get started!!
Come and check out my designs in January at:

Hello, everyone!  It is so nice to see you here on our blog.
Today we want to share with you some exciting announcements about Scrap for Help.

We are happy to introduce our new design team for 2013!  It is a big team, with 32 amazing designers from around the world.
These are the people who will inspire you, month after month, to make layouts and projects that incorporate recycled materials.  You will see many familiar faces here, and many new faces as well.
Our team members come from different countries, and they truly represent the international solidarity that is so important to Scrap for Help.

Since we have so many team members, we are dividing into two groups. The first group will share projects with you during odd-numbered months (January, March, May, etc.), while the second group will share projects during even-numbered months (February, April, June, etc.).
You can also expect to receive comments from team members on your blog, when you link to Scrap for Help.  We look forward to interacting with you!

To learn more about these team members, you can read their biographies by clicking the "Design Team" tab in the Scrap for Help blog header.
These team members' terms will begin in 2013.
Please continue to play along with us for the rest of 2012, as well--our current design team has many great ideas to share with you.
Remember, the most important rule here at Scrap for Help is that you MUST use a recycled item in your project.  (A certain type of item will be specified each month.)
You can choose how to incorporate this item--maybe you will adhere it directly to your project, or maybe you will use it in some other way (for example, as a stamp or a stencil).  When you link your project to Scrap for Help, please make a quick note, somewhere in your blog post, about how you used the recycled item.
  Let's share our ideas!

Our current team is looking forward to seeing some great projects from you during the remainder of 2012, and our new team is excited to meet you in 2013!

You are a beautiful God's creation- BITW

Hello Friends!!

Another word is up on the Bird is the Word blog

This time the word is

CREATE

I didn't have a photo of anyone creating anything so I decided to play on the word and use Creation instead.

The first thing that came to mind was God's Creation and I immediately thought of how God created man and how God created my children!!

Here is a layout about my 2 beautiful children that were created directly from God and grew not in my tummy but in my heart and soul.

Most of the products on this layout were from October's Ces't Magnifique Kit. Featuring the amazing papers from Riddersholm.

I used sketch #48 from Keeping the Best for this layout. This is a great challenge blog from Russia. I love supporting Russia since its the country where my daughter is from.

If you get a chance, check out their amazing sketch challenges.

Adore--- and WINNER OF MY GIVEAWAY

I got to scrap this weekend and got a lot accomplished which was a huge bonus!!
We are going away in a few weeks and I need to finish all my assignments before I go.

I also want to apologize in advance If I don't leave messages on your blogs during the holidays. Once the new year comes I will be back in full force!!

I made this layout for the sketch at My Creative Sketches
Check out the challenge here

I used  gorgeous Webster's Pages Papers. This layout is about my son who came to me this afternoon and complained on the fact that lately he hasn't been in any of the layouts on his own.

I actually agreed with him and decided to create this layout just about him!! I worked really fast on this one and love the outcome!!

I apologize for the darkness in the pictures!! I did a big no-no and took pictures of my layout at night!! I know not to do that but I wanted to upload it today. It was also raining and gloomy the whole day so it would've made a difference.

Materials used:
Papers: Webster's pages
Flowers: Webster's pages and Manorhouse Creations
Bling: Zva creative
Pearl pen black
black cardstock
Cricut frame cartridge
Prima digital download definition
Ribbon: WP

Wishes- Tag/Card

Hello friends hope you are enjoying your weekend.

I will announce the winner of my giveaway tomorrow!!

I made this tag/card for my friends birthday.
I made it in the shape of a tag and in the back I made a pocket to put a gift certificate card in it!

I used some Webster's pages goodies for this and made this Tag for a challenge at Scrap for Help.

I'm excited to announce that I will continue to be on the Scrap for Help Design Team next year along with a new Design Team.

Please have a look at the design team here

It is a long list of some exceptional scrappers!! I'm so honored to be designing along the side of these amazing ladies.

Scrap For Help also has a new look designed by the talented Lydell Quinn.

Please Welcome all the designers and I hope you can join us in the challenges!!

Here is my tag/card for the December challenge.

Here is the back of the tag. Can you see the GC sticking out of the pocket!! I thought it was a good way to give some teacher's gifts too.

I want to thank some very special people for making me realize the beauty of card making!!

Thank you so much!!!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!
