Courage- Art Journal

Lately, I've been creating pages in my art journal.
I never used to do art journaling. I just never saw the point as I always used mixed media in my scrapbooking pages and I always loved to incorporate photos. However in the past few weeks I realized how amazing and soul fulfilling is creating these pages and so I've been on a "can't get enough" stage of art journaling.
Here is one of the pages I created. Its titled Courage.

I used lots of Prima Finnabair products as well as other mixed media products.
I've been watching lots of art journaling videos on Youtube to get inspiration.
One of my favourite inspirations was the monday's art journaling series from France Papillion.

I love how you can pour your heart and soul and release all the built up emotions and feelings into the page. It is a freedom most people can't often feel and I love it!
