Its that time of the month again to reveal my layout for the Travel Album I'm making for the Russian Blog
I made this monochromatic beach layout. The background is from the Prima's Lifetime Collection. I also used Lyric and Engraver to accent the layout.
These Chipboard Chevrons, are the newest additions to the 2 Crafty family. I just love them so much. They come in different thicknesses and sizes all in one sheet.
I was asked this month to show a tutorial on how I curl my edges to make it look like tree bark.
I was more than happy to oblige and show my technique although its really quite simple.
I like to mimic the bark of a tree, therefore this technique works best if you have some kind of wood grain paper or a paper with wooden stripes
Here you have the final result and how I incorporated it into this layout.
Materials
Papers: Prima Lyric, Engraver and Lifetime collections
Flowers: Prima
Resin bird: Prima
Chevron Chipboard: 2 Crafty

Prima: chevron mask 6x6

That's all for now folks!!
Have a fabulous day!!
