Magazine Publications

I had 2 Pulications this month and I just wanted to share the good news with all my scrappy friends.

I'm so happy when I see all my talented friends in a publication. I usually sit in the bookstore and browse through the magazines and start telling my husband who is usually sitting right beside me: "that's my friend, and that's my friend...." until he gets annoyed and goes to get a coffee lol.

So I was published in this issue of the Australian Scrapbooking Memories Magazine.
There are some amazing layouts, cards and projects!!

Secondly, I was published in PaperHaus Magazine

Here is the link to the Spring Edition of PaperHaus magazine:

I have to say that both magazines are phenomenal!! There are so many of my talented friends published in both these magazines. There's truly too many friends to name and everyone's projects were fantastic.  I want to wish congrats to everyone that was published in them

I don't always get picked for publishing and I do send lots of layouts to many different magazines.
One advice I could give is to not get discourage if your work doesn't get picked up by a magazine. It doesn't mean that they don't like it. It only means that your project doesn't fit their style or theme.
I encourage everyone to continue to send for publications because you just never know what the magazine wants.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!!

Congrats on your pubs Keren! It's always fun and a thrill to get pubbed and I do just the same thing as you with my family & they are really amazed that I actually know so many of the people whose layouts are in a magazine :) I just don't submit enough though. It's something I find hard to keep up with. I do agree about the magazines though - you really need to try various ones as some just don't like your style and others seem to love it. That's what I've found.

The spring issue of PHM sure is choc-a-block with gorgeous inspiration, I think it is the best issue so far! Am so incredibly happy on your publications sweetie! *clapping hands* Ha ha seems our families don't quite appreciate our enthusiasm over scrappy friends' achievements ... Mine just says hmmmm and continues doing whatever he is dong. xoxoxo
