Grow

This week is super busy with posts. So I hope you get a chance to look at all my layouts. I just posted my Bird is the Word Reveal last night (look below) and
here is my reveal for Scrap for Help.

- If you want to participate in their June's Challenge with a layout or card, You need to use OLD METAL  as your recycled material item.
For my layout, I combined many different types of embellishments, including many metal trinkets I've collected over the years. I added a thin layer of molding paste on the surface of all the embellishments and then sprayed them in earthly colors to give it a natural look. I used Dusty Attic grass and then added the title.
The photo is of my son showing his baby cousin how to pick dandelions in the field. I thought it was such a tender moment.
I used this amazing paper from FabScraps as a background which gives me the feeling of tree bark.
I also used a lot of techniques with Gesso under the pictures although you can barely see it.

I used this sketch from ScrapFriends that I thought was really cool

Thank you for visiting my blog
