2 Good news to share!!

First, I'm being published in the Fall Issue of Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine.
I was so happy when I received their email. I can't post the layout but if you do order the Magazine, look for my layout in the Fall 2012 Issue.

Secondly, I wanted to share the inspiration class I attended this weekend. I attended 2 Donna Downey Classes this weekend. I had so much fun learning so many different techniques. I learned how to use many of the products I already own in many new innovative ways. It was a little out of my conmfort zone because I'm a hard core scrapbooker and not an art journaler. However I loved every minute of it.
To keep a long story short. Here is one of the Canvas projects I created.
We also started a journal but the pages are a work in progress and are not finished yet. When I finish some of them I might post them.
In the meantime, here are some pictures from yesterday and my project:

Thanks for visiting my blog

Oh wow Keren, congrats on being published, your work is always beautiful and it is such a buzz to get some recognition, so well done to you! this canvas looks fabulous.. I love how the art mediums are used for scrapbooking to make such interesting and wonderful details to the back grounds.. I haven't done much of it myself, but I reckon you will be doing more of it by the little taste you have just had.. look forward to seeing more of what you will do!!
