Congrats. This is an article called American's style. It is very broad about scrapbooking in generals, materials used by scrapers in USA, most popular things and trends. So pictures used to complement the article.

Fantastic - congratulations! What a shame you can't read it!! I can't understand Russian, but I do know the script reasonably well, and I think I'm right in saying the magazine really is called Scrapbooking... that - in sounds - is exactly what it says on the cover. I'm guessing there isn't a Russian word for Scrapbooking, so they just use ours!!
