I believe in you- 7 Dots Studio GD

Here is my fourth layout for my for my 7 Dots Studio Guest Spot.

This photo of my daughter was taken at a nearby park while we were walking though this deep dry marsh. It was just so beautiful in there, and I kept on snapping away photos for my scrapbooking pages.

The first thing I did, is stamp some branches and bushes along the bottom of the page. I used black archival ink for the stamping. Then I used the 11' Viney Page Frame from 2 Crafty to create vines across the layout. Well you might ask: where is the frame? I actually took the frame apart by cutting up all the vines and spreading them along the bottom of the page.
Here is how the frame looked like before:

11" Viney Page Frame (unit of 3)

Once I figured out where I wanted the vines I had cut out, I primed them with gesso. Then I covered them in  Sandy Stone Texturez from Shimmerz. Finally I dabbed them randomly with some Shimmerz "My bleeding Heart" paint.

Look at the texture on the vine below. Doesn't it look amazing? If you really want to try some of these Texturez pastes you should really visit the Shimmerz Store and if you mention my name at the "instructions to merchant" during checkout, you will receive a sample size Texturez paste of your choice.

I really, really enjoy how you explain how you 'build' your pages....here's me initially thinking that paper was perfect - but you're the one who made it perfect with the stamping to start it all off! Lovely work, as always....those Shimmerz are yummy):):)

I'm loving those shimmers paints, only thing is to decide on which ones I'd like to buy. I love the idea of cutting up the vines, they look amazing over the stamped image and the 7dots studio paper is fabulous, I love it so much.
