I'm back again for another reveal this month at Petaloo.
For my first project I made a layout.
Here is a picture of my kids at Peggy's Cove Nova Scotia. They stood on a rock overlooking the ocean and I took this picture.
I wanted to use the blue paper to mimic the ocean. I loved combining it with the yellow hues from this Simple Stories collection

This week Petaloo and Simple Stories team up to bring you inspirations and prizes all week long from April 22 until April 28th
I used lots of Petaloo flowers and some fussy cut flowers from the papers to decorate around the photo
I used the wooden looking paper and curled it at ends to make it look like curled bark. I love using this technique whenever I have a wooden pattern on my papers.
I really loved creating with this combo of papers and flowers!!
The turquoise combined with the yellow just looks awesome
well I hope you have a fantastic day and come win a prize on the Petaloo blog
