Forever- Inkido Guest Designer

I was really happy when I was asked to be a Guest Designer for PaperCraft Scandinavia by Inkido even when I didn't apply for the Design Team!! 

I was given 2 sets of papers to work with. The first ones were from the Forever Santa collection. However I didn't make a Christmas layout but used the papers to make a vintage, shabby chic layout about my husband and I

I was also given some matching flowers and lace which added to the vintage feel.

I will reveal the second set of papers with a new layout soon enough!!

Here is my layout:

The blue fussy cut flowers and the blue butterflies are from another Inkido collection.

I used 2 Crafty Chipboard for this layout.The Corine Swirl and the vintage key are both from 2 Crafty. I left them practically raw. I only added some light brown chalk ink but you can barely tell.

I stuck strips of lace under different edges on the layout. I also cut the oval lace pieces and glued them separately on the page with pop dots!!
