This is bittersweet as it is my last layout with ScrapFit. I really loved designing for ScrapFit. Sara's challenges were fantastic and its a great challenge blog to design for and participate in. I wish I could stay but my plate is so full that I'm not taking on any other work at the moment!! I'm not complaining. I'm quite happy about that. I never thought it would happen and well here I am....
The workout at ScrapFit this time was a Color Combo (see below). I tapped into my grungy muse and used lots of mists and drips for this layout.
I used a sketch from my new favourite challenge blog Skissedilla
and used papers from the French Kiss collection and stamps from Glitz Design for a challenge at their blog. Their challenge for July is a Summer Challenge. I used this picture of my husband and son looking at this beautiful lake while standing on a dock.
You can see the French Kiss burlap paper on the edges and the scrunched up papers matting the photos are also from the French Kiss collection.
I love these textured stamps from Glitz. They give the LO so much depth.
