I love vegging on the couch with my kids, This picture is a perfect example of my son and I like 2 couch potatoes.I made this layout for a Challenge  at My Creative Scrapbook. Here is the layout and the sketch below!! I can't say enough how much I love the Gabrielle line!!

I'm posting this layout for a challenge #16 on the Crop spot where you had to use all the colours of the rainbow. I thought this was the perfect layout for it!!

Spread your wings and fly...

 This is a layout I made for Creative Scrappers Sketch 152. This is another new sketch blog I found and it has great sketches and ideas. Below is the layout and sketch. I put a little spin on it since I love butterflies, instead of using another picture or paper, I used the big butterfly. I really love this picture of my daughter. Its as if she's spreading her wings!! I used the Gabrielle papers by Bo Bunny which I love, love, love.....

Here is a layout I did for a new sketch blog that I found called ”Once upon a Sketch”,  They have two layout challenges per month. This is the April 15th sketch and the rule was you needed to use journaling to express why you chose these pictures. I used "Timepiece" papers by Bo Bunny to make this masculine layout because I wanted to freeze this moment in time. I love this paper line with the clocks and their antique colours. The journaling says: "time passes so fast, lets remember each moment, each day and each hour together dad!", which fits this layout perfectly. I turned the sketch sideways to make the pictures fit the sketch.

My Mind"s Eye April Challenge. What better way to celebrate April with a spring layout!! The theme was "April Showers", well my take on it is that April showers always bring flowers so here are my tall grown flowers!! Real and metaphorical!!
