Thankful- Prima Tag for Joann's Fabrics

Did you know that Joann Fabrics sells Prima products both in store and online.

Here is an example of a tag made solely with Prima products sold at Joann's.

I used the Lifetime collection for this cute little tag. I added some Metal birds clips and metal frames.

I fussy cut some of the flowers from the Lifetime collection and added some zipper flowers to compliment them.

All Products are Prima sold at Joann's except the ice white pearl pen.

I'm so very thankful for all of you!!

Endless Summer Fun- Shimmerz Joy

This colourful summer layout is a little different than my usual. 

I've used lots of Shimmerz's products in the background by creating lines, circles and swirls.

Find Happiness Tag- 7 Dots Illumination Collection

The Flying Unicorn Design Team is featuring the 7 Dots Illumination Collection on the 7 Dots Studio blog.

I created the tag below using bits and pieces from the Illumination collection.

I had pieces of Illumination paper left over from other projects I'd done with the collection so I simply mounted them to create a tag.

I used  some matching Prima Marketing Flowers to embellish the tag along with some trinkets from the Flying Unicorn store.

The Book of Gratitude #2- Blue Fern Studios Reveal

This is the second book of gratitude I created for my Blue Fern Studios reveal this month. Its a little different than the other one but still unique on its own.

I used a different set of Blue Fern Garden papers to cover this journal I bought from the dollar store. Then, I also covered the seams with some stencilled moulding paste. This time I used a different stencil to mimic the pattern on the Blue Fern Garden paper.

The Prima flowers I used really complimented the colour scheme of this journal.

I used two different shades of Silks glaze paint to cover all the different flowers on the cover as well as the mini butterfly.

The Lattice fence was roughly covered with gesso leaving parts unpainted.
