Beach Beauty- Travel Project- March Part 1

This is one of the two layouts I made for my Travel Journal project on Art-Banderoli. The second layout will be in my next post. 

I don't know if you remember how I was contacted by some very nice Russian friends to ask me if I could join their blog and do a segment on scrapbooking. They asked me to make a scrapbook about travel. Each month I will post one or two layouts from this album.

This is my first and its a picture of my daughter at the beach. The whole album will be of this trip to the beach in Florida.

For this layout, I used this sketch designed by Emma Starface for the sketch challenge at Paper Stories this month.

I really liked the sketch so I decided to design with it.

I used the Best Friend collection from Websters Pages along with many of their embellishments.

I love the new chevron mask from Prima and loved using it here along with some gorgeous sprays.

I cut some banners out of plain chipboard and masked them with textured paste and sprays.

I also included some shells, cheesecloth and lots of flowers of course.
