Our Family Traditions- Scrapberry's December Challenge

Adorable- Blue Fern Studios December sketch

This is my layout for December's sketch challenge at Blue Fern Studios.

Its a picture of our puppy when it was a few weeks old.

I used the Vintage Christmas- wonderland paper for the background.

I used different heart themed elements. First I stencilled a heart around the photo and coloured it in with Color Bloom Empress Gold and Worn Leather. Then I some Blue Fern Studios Imagine ink Persimmon spray on the outside of the heart.

I used the Celebration Heart and the Heart flourish chipboard to embellish. Both were painted with Ranger gold paint dabber and then stamped with a Blue Fern Studios stamp for texture.

Finally, I used the adorable chipboard word and some Prima flowers.

Song to my heart- Flying Unicorn December Kit of the Month

Hi everyone

This is my first layout for the Flying Unicorn December Kit featuring the Barnmarket collection from Riddersholm Design.

I used the Worn paper out of the Barnmarket collection and splattered lots of different coloured sprays on the background.

I used other embellishments from the kit to frame the photo. The only thing I added from my stash was the alphabet stickers.

I tried to make the layout flow from side to side by using the music notes, but I don't know if it came out exactly how I imagined it. Either way, I was able to frame the photo and slant it sideways on the background.

Love yourself- Art Journaling for Faber Castell Design Memory Craft

Hi Everyone, Its Keren Tamir here with an art journaling page for the Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft blog.

I really wanted to create a project that would be personal to me, that would make me feel inspired and would also try to inspire others.

I designed this double page spread in my art journal and I have a step by step video tutorial below on how I created it.

I loved experimenting with with lots of different textures. I mixed and matched different coloured Gelatos® to create the background and then added lots of different textures.
